MEDITATION vii
The Tibetan "Ah"
This is the Tibetan "Ah" that is meditated on progressively. Each time the "Ah" is sounded, it is to be visualized before you as a bright hologram. The symbol of the "Ah" is the 'tig-le' of one-pointed concentration to accomplish pure awareness without form. Below is a video on how to sound the "Ah" in meditation. To visualize the "Ah", look at the image above or visualize the Helvetica "A."
If you are interested, Conrad Walters and Joyce Morgan have published a book on the exploration to see The Diamond Sutra, entitled Journey on the Silk Road: A Desert Explorer, Buddha's Secret Gallery, and the Unearthing of the World's Oldest Printed Book.
