MEDITATION viii
The third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept referring to a speculative invisible eye which provides perception beyond ordinary sight.Awakening the third eye that takes you step-by-step into exploring your breathing and feeling the area of the third eye.The goal of this training is to allow students to tune in to the correct "vibration" of the universe and gain a solid foundation on which to reach more advanced meditation levels. The video is a guided meditation on this practice.

Video Teaching on Emptiness
The wisdom of emptiness is the ultimate teaching in Buddhism so that you can experience the nature of mind through meditation. Its main tenet is that our suffering is caused by our inability to perceive the true nature of reality; thus, we meditate to discover the true nature of reality.
